As a hub for educating thinkers, communicators and discoverers, PolyU wanted to improve their existing infrastructure to give students a better learning experience. The client required us to update their AV system, projector and screen, and also to establish a proper video conference system that was up-to-date.
TVS provided them with new display solutions, including projectors and a 3*3 LCD video wall with an in-built control system. Huawei IdeaHub Pro, equipped with video conferencing capabilities, was also installed to improve students’ collaboration work.

The Lingnan University Honorary Doctorate Conferment Ceremony was forced to move online because of the pandemic. The client required live streaming measures to ensure the transition was faultless.

The Li Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine of The University of Hong Kong hosted the H-K Rovus 2019 Conference and needed to project surgery demonstrations from the operation room in real-time.
TVS’s webcasting solutions allowed the event to run smoothly, streaming the surgical operations to the lecture theatre at a stable connection. We also provided them with a real-time communication system between panellists and the surgery room and a customised web page.
Evangel College
As a campus dedicated to creating engaging and professional spaces for events, teachings and gatherings, Evangel College aimed to enhance its venue’s supporting facilities to deliver a more seamless and immersive experience for its members. The client required a comprehensive setup covering audio-visual infrastructure, a specialized control space, high-quality visual display, and professional lighting solutions.
TVS provided them with tailored solutions, including a full AV System for stable audio-visual transmission, a well-equipped AV Control Room setting for centralized management, a high-definition LED Wall for clear and vivid visual presentations, and a professional Lighting Bar to optimize the venue’s atmosphere and visual effects.
